Compare the three studio categories and decide which dates best match your plans. Applications are non-binding and are used to check whether a suitable match can be offered. Do not send sensitive identity documents in the general application. Identity verification takes place later in the secure signing flow when required.
If a suitable option is available, Hoomies sends a personal offer with the studio category, dates, price and applicable conditions. You can review the agreement before signing. Any required deposit or first invoice is presented as a separate payment step. A booking is confirmed only when the steps stated in your offer have been completed.
The member portal contains agreements, invoices, practical house information, support and community features according to your access level and active stay dates. Private resident messages and support messages to Hoomies are kept separate, so conversations are easier to follow.

Your furnished studio includes a private bathroom and kitchenette, Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and the utilities stated in your offer. Building facilities include laundry, co-working, gym, cinema and shared areas.
