A temporary move can be too long for hotel living but too short to justify furnishing an empty apartment. Hoomies is designed for that middle ground, starting at three months. The studio is prepared for everyday life and the offer documents the full period before commitment.
Furniture, a private bathroom, kitchenette, Wi-Fi, linen, towels and the utilities specified in your offer are already part of the setup. Shared laundry, coworking, gym, cinema, kitchen and social areas provide useful additions during a longer temporary stay.
If your plans change, contact Hoomies before the agreed end date. Any possible extension depends on availability and is documented with its new dates, price and agreement. An existing stay is never silently extended or repriced.
